These terms and conditions will apply to all trade relations between Azienda Vitivinicola I Selvatici and its customers, as valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.

2. Safety
Azienda Vitivinicola I Selvatici uses the most well-known protocol for secure transactions on the Web: Secure Socket Layer (SSL) supported by browsers better communicated. SSL requires that sensitive information is transmitted on the Internet only in encrypted form, or encoded according to a complex mathematical algorithm that guarantees its illegibility by third persons.

The payment process is guaranteed by PAY PAL system. Azienda Vitivinicola I Selvatici has no visibility will never be the holder of the credit card numbers of customers that will be managed in the portal. The system will lead the user in an integrated portal, but resident in the PAY PAL system that will guarantee the purchase process.

The same process will take place with the Bank-related payment method (Unicredit).

The goods remain the property of Azienda Vitivinicola I Selvatici. until the conclusion of the contract, i.e. until payment has been made.

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code) for the protection of consumers regulating distance contracts.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised from the moment the contract is concluded until fourteen working days after receipt of the goods. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without being required to provide any explanation of the reasons and causes for which he intends to terminate the contract. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. It is specified that the right of withdrawal means the termination of the contract, consequently the return of all goods purchased and not individual items.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending written notice to the head office within fourteen working days:

by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. It is also possible to send the communication, within the same term, by telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following forty-eight hours. In the registered letter it is sufficient to include one’s own data, those relating to the order and the purchase made, and to communicate the intention to withdraw from the contract. For the purposes of the deadline, the goods are deemed to have been returned when they are handed over to the accepting post office or forwarding agent. The only costs payable by the consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal under this article are the direct costs of returning the goods.

Once the integrity of the goods has been assessed, we will refund the amount paid in the shortest possible time: the refund will be made, by bank transfer or through the Pay Pal circuit, within 30 days of receipt of the registered letter with notice of withdrawal. In the case of damaged or tampered return items, the amount paid for the purchase of the products will not be refunded.

Should the consumer receive damaged or broken bottles, he must notify us immediately by writing to info@iselvatici.it and return the goods within 14 days of delivery. For return procedures, please refer to the ‘Returns’ section at the bottom of our website.

Prices and shipping costs
Shipping to the USA and European Union countries is always paid for by us, and the customer does not have to pay any additional charges. If you are purchasing from countries other than the USA and the European Union states, please write to us specifying the address to which you would like your order to be sent, so that we can provide you with an accurate quote on delivery costs.

P.N. We ask that you always check the integrity of the package before accepting it. In case of obvious tampering, accept with reservation.

7. Payment and Tax Documentation
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners), as well as by bank transfer and PayPal (through which rechargeable Postepay and Aura cards are also accepted). Below is a list of accepted payments:

The goods will be sent upon receipt of payment. Note: By opting for this payment method, delivery may be delayed by a few days – this time period may vary depending on the bank’s processing time.

For each purchase, Azienda Vitivinicola I Selvatici issues a fiscal invoice using the data provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent together with the product. Final Provision
For any dispute, reference shall be made to the Italian Civil Code. The Court of Arezzo has mandatory territorial jurisdiction.
