In memory of my grandfather Giuseppe called Pepo by friends and founder of I Selvatici Farm back in 1963. After 60 years in the business, with my father Fausto we decided to honor him with a new label dedicated to him and his favorite wine, a blend of Rosso Toscano. It goes well with the flavor of game meats such as wild boar ham, venison, and contrasts the softness of aged pecorino cheese. It also goes very well with pasta dishes with fresh tomato or meat sauces.
