Super Tuscan I.G.T.

Sangiovese

This wine is the top of our production made only from grapes selected from our 8 clones of Sangiovese Toscana vinified with extreme care. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (21-23°) for about 18/20 days. At the end only the Fiore must is racked, in stainless steel tanks, two or three times for 2 years. At the end of this refinement, the wine begins its ageing in 225-litre barriques of American and French oak for 24 months before bottling. After spending 8 months in the bottle, Cardisco is ready for our customers.
